Monte Kalamua S.A. was established in 1989.
Our flagship product is tuna in the national frozen foods sector where we are market leaders.
Throughout 23 years of dedication and experience in the sector, we have included new species to our product range and have specialised in leather goods.
We have 25 freezer vessels for deep-sea fishing, long-line fishing and seiners, operating across every ocean, working together with the leading ship-owners around the world to guarantee fish quality and service excellence.
Our factory based in Rivadavia, in Ourense-Galicia (Spain) is built over 10,000 square meters with a three-floor 7,000 m2 building.
Our premises have a cold storage capacity of 12,000 m3 and cutting edge technology - 
including cutting prototypes unique to the Spanish market as well as state-of-the-art graders and freezing tunnels - to offer added-value to our customers with each and every product.
The whole plant is controlled by a central computer which manages all processes, both production and storage.
Our commercial network covers the whole of Spain and a large part of the European Union.
